Delivery and cancellation
Access begins as specified in the individual agreement. Due to the nature of downloadable software, returns are not accepted after a tool has been downloaded. If a service defect attributable to Shinrasec, operated by Martin Mielke occurs, the parties will address it through replacement access or a mutually agreed partial refund.
Governing law
These terms and disputes arising from the service are governed by the laws of Japan.
