Terms of service
Effective 2026-08-07 · Shinrasec, operated by Martin Mielke
Invited access
Kura is offered to invited customers. Access is personal to the verified Shinra ID address named on your Kura license. You must protect your credentials and promptly report suspected compromise.
Tool license
Downloads are licensed, not sold. Your individual agreement, these terms, and any license or notice included with a tool govern your use. You may install and use the tools only for your own authorized security work. You may not publish, resell, sublicense, or provide them to anyone outside the customer named on your license unless a signed agreement permits it.
Attributable downloads
Every executable carries a signed marker containing an opaque customer identifier, a download identifier, the tool name, the source artifact digest, and the issue time. Kura does not place your email address in the executable. You must not remove or alter a marker to conceal the source of a redistributed copy.
Authorized use
Aoba and Yuzu are security tools that can affect real systems. You must use them only on systems you own or are explicitly authorized to assess, within the scope and limits of that authorization. You are responsible for commands you run and for keeping generated output, credentials, and evidence secure.
Service operation
We may replace downloadable builds, suspend access for security or contractual reasons, and enforce reasonable download controls. Tool availability and behavior may change. Absence of a result does not establish that a system is secure, and the tools are not a certification or warranty.
Ending access
We may suspend or terminate Kura access for material breach, unauthorized use or redistribution, non-payment where applicable, or risk to the service or others. Ending portal access does not erase obligations that apply to copies already downloaded.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, subject to mandatory law and any signed agreement. A signed agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms. The commercial disclosure supplies operator and transaction details. Questions may be sent to martin@shinrasec.com.
